Trainer Sangeet Nath

Sangeet Nath is a dedicated bodybuilder and fitness coach with years of competitive experience. Starting his journey in 2011, he quickly proved his potential by securing top positions in early competitions.

He went on to become a District Champion (2012) and a multiple-time Bengal Champion, consistently improving his performance at every level. A major breakthrough came in 2017 at the BodyPower Expo, where he secured 3rd place among 547 athletes, earning recognition and sponsorship.

His key achievements include:

  • Silver Medalist – Mr. India (2018)
  • Silver Medalist – Mr. Universe (2022)
  • 4th Place – Asian Championship (2026)

With strong competitive knowledge and practical experience, Sangeet Nath now focuses on helping others achieve their fitness goals through proper training, discipline, and consistency.
